Janis Mueller: Executive Director
Janis has over 27 years of management experience, working as Director of Dining Services, Director of Resident Services, and over 17 years as Executive Director. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Nursing Home Administrator’s License. She is very passionate about The Argyle, its residents and its staff, and truly wants to make a difference in the lives of the people she serves.
Heather Adair: Assistant Executive Director
Heather has been working with seniors since 2006 and became a member of The Argyle family in 2009. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Metropolitan State College and is currently working on getting her Master’s degree from Saint Leo University. Heather also holds an Assisted Living Operator certification.
Amy Herrick: Director of Resident Services
Amy has 17 years of experience in Assisted Living. She obtained her Masters in Human Resource Management at Colorado State University. She is married with three grown children, and is still blessed to have her parents with her. Her father is 95 and her mother is 86 and they live in a retirement home in New Mexico. Amy looks forward to getting to know each and everyone here, and we look forward to having Amy on board with The Argyle Family
Michael Engel: Director of Activities
Michael has been caring for seniors since he was 15 years old, and through his experiences, he has gained much respect, love and compassion for the elderly. He loves spending time with residents and hearing their stories, and as Director of Activities, he has the pleasure of being a part of their family, as they are to him.
Debbie Lovill: Director of Development and Marketing
As Director of Development and Marketing, Debbie is responsible for all the fundraising efforts of The Argyle. She has years of experience working with The Argyle as well as the surrounding community, as she and her husband have lived in Denver for over 25 years.
Ricky Padilla: Director of Maintenance
Ricky oversees all of the major functions of The Argyle such as facilities maintenance and security, to ensure the happiness and safety of The Argyle’s residents. He enjoys living an active lifestyle through golf, kickboxing, and playing with his son.
Marcia Raper: Director of Health Services
Marcia has been a practicing nurse for over 30 years, working in a hospital acute care setting then in an assisted living facility. She now works at The Argyle as the Director of Health Services, serving the elderly by advocating for their health and welfare. Working at The Argyle provides constant rewards for Marcia as she gets to see the strength, wisdom and friendship of residents on a daily basis.
Becky Trujillo: Director of Dining Services
Becky has been working as Director of Dining Services in senior living facilities for 40 years, and has had the pleasure of interacting with thousands of residents and their family members. She continues to spend time with residents serving them the delicious and quality meals they enjoy.
Geoffrey Vannerson: Property Manager, The Park Residence
Geoffrey has been managing The Argyle’s independent living community at The Park since early 2010, and loves being able to contribute to the care and happiness of residents. When he’s not on-site, he is a student at Colorado Technical University, working to obtain his BSBA in Business Management and Administration. Happily married for 16 years with four children and one grandchild, he enjoys playing music, camping, and spending time with his family.
