The Argyle Park – Independent Living


The Argyle Park – Independent Living The Argyle Park is comprised of 50 one-bedroom apartments for low income seniors. Built in 1981 with financing from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), The Argyle Park apartments provide a safe and comfortable residence for seniors age 62 or older.

The Argyle Park residents are offered social and physical activities on an optional basis. Activities included for residents of The Park include; exercise classes, potluck meals, bingo, card games, movies and special occasion parties.
Independent Living Apartment
The Argyle Park is an independent apartment-style living residence with 50 one-bedroom apartments for low to moderate income seniors.

Subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, The Park offers affordable housing to many seniors living on fixed or limited incomes.

The Park is a secure building offering spacious apartments with full kitchens, accessible bathrooms, an emergency call-cord system, on-site reserved parking, and inviting indoor and outdoor visiting areas.

On-site amenities include: laundry facilities, a monthly foot clinic, and the availability of optional lunch and dinner meals.

Residents may choose to participate in activities such as educational seminars, group outings and Argyle community events.

To help serve our tenants, there is an on-site manager whose office is located within the building.

The Park is conveniently situation in a quiet urban neighborhood with close proximity to shopping and medical facilities. In addition, the building is located on a central bus line for easy access to area services.
