It is our honor and privilege to assist the elderly in need, and we appreciate the support from our friendly staff and kind community, and the charitable donations from our supporters. As a non-profit organization, it’s their giving attitudes that have helped The Argyle bring happiness to life for hundreds of seniors. The Argyle Foundation, established so that the needs of low-income seniors in our community may continue to be met, exists only because of the generosity of our community.
We hope you will help us continue to meet the ongoing needs of low-income seniors in our community, helping to keep them smiling and full of happiness. All the funds we raise go directly to the Resident Assistance Fund, which provides monetary support to residents who have lived at The Argyle for at least a year and are having trouble affording services. Donations help enable us to provide life-changing assistance programs that greatly improve the quality of life for seniors in need.
Some of our assistance programs include bathing, dressing, medication supervision and rental assistance. In addition, we provide general funding to assist the overall community of The Argyle, and support programs that are provided to our residents, their families and our local community.
The Argyle Senior Living Community has been providing care, happiness, and an inviting home for seniors in the Denver area since 1874. With your help, we can continue that mission. You can make a difference now by contributing to any of our funds or programs:

For the Second Year, Community First Foundation and FirstBank Announces Colorado Gives Day 2011 and The Argyle Foundation is proud to be apart of this day of giving.
Colorado Gives Day 2011 will take place during a 24-hour period on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011. Donations will be accepted through the online giving website GivingFirst.org starting at 12:00 a.m. on Dec. 6th.
Last year, Colorado Gives Day exceeded everyone’s expectations by distributing $8.7 million to 529 Colorado non-profits. Similar to last year, credit card and process fees will be covered by Community First Foundation and sponsors so that 100 percent of Colorado Gives Day donations go directly to nonprofit organizations.
FirstBank has renewed its role as corporate partner of Colorado Gives Day and has committed $500,000 to kick off the 2011 campaign.

The Foundation’s Mission Statement
The Argyle Foundation’s mission is to generate resources from individuals, corporations, and private and public foundations to fund assistance programs and provide supplemental resources to The Argyle and its 200-plus residents.
By remaining true to this goal, the Foundation will help facilitate The Argyles century-old mission to offer quality care in a home-like setting to low-income seniors and be a reliable resource for the community.
